1. How do your sizes fit?

Our items generally fit true to size. If you are between two sizes or prefer a slightly more relaxed fit, we usually recommend choosing one size up for extra comfort.

You can also find the size guide directly on each product page to help compare measurements.


2. Can I exchange an item if the size is not correct?

Yes. If the size is not quite right, we can often arrange a replacement in a different size where you only cover the shipping costs. The replacement item itself is provided free of charge.

There is also no need to return the original item.


3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive a tracking update by email. You can then follow your parcel directly through our tracking page.

Please note that tracking updates may occasionally take a little time to refresh while the parcel is in transit.
